AMENITIES

Our fully outfitted studio comes with all of the amenities necessary to ensure that our clients thoroughly enjoy their workouts.  For your listening enjoyment there is a six speaker with sub-woofer stereo system complete with CD player, AM/FM radio and an iPod/MP3 hookup.  Our clients are always welcome to bring their own music to increase the enjoyment of their workouts.  For year round comfort the gym is equipped with air conditioning and forced air thermostatically controlled heat.  Lighting and mirrors give the gym a clean, bright wide open atmosphere.  There is a stainless steel fridge stocked with bottled water to ensure proper hydration during workouts.  We supply workout belts to ensure back support when necessary.  There is a glove rack for convenient storage of your workout gloves.
